This is a secure login area for all contracted Network Providers.
In the secure area, providers have access to a variety of information and functionality.
To access the secure area, please provide your user name and password:
- Interactive area: SMS, Email, Advice Requests, and CDE Notice Board
- Patient Area: Patient lists and patient search, Patient Clinical Database, Patient diabetes management database / tool, and Compliance reports
- Diabetes Management Programme Administration Area: Monthly patient lists, Performance indicators and grading, Claims and reimbursements, Laboratory orders, Referral networks, On-line ordering of Medicines, and Data required
- My CPD Area: This area is a value added service that allows practitioners to manage and fulfil their CPD obligations
- Knowledge Area: An online document repository that includes CDE reference documents and other clinical diabetes related journals, as well as online accreditation courses and pharmaceutical company reference documents
